How C.Hub Works

Prior to the visit

The terminal operator uses C.Hub to configure available gates at the terminal.
C.Hub enables them to configure different types of cargo.

The transport agent uses C.Hub to make an appointment.
For bulk cargo, the transport agent can make several appointments for the same day and truck driver.

C.Hub sends the gate pass with all appointment details to the truck driver.
During the visit

The truck driver gets to the terminal’s parking lot and shows the gate pass to the pre-gate operator. C.Hub lets the gate operator know that the truck has arrived at the terminal!

The gate operator uses C.Hub to verify the data in the gate pass presented by the truck driver. If there is a match, the driver will enter the terminal to charge or discharge the container.

The truck driver shows the gate pass on his/her way out. The gate operator uses C.Hub to validate the gate pass’ data and the state of the cargo.
After the visit

C.Hub lets the transport agent know that the cargo has left the terminal. C.Hub tracks the entire operation and displays it on its dashboard to keep the staff members of the terminal in the loop.
Main Features
Gate Mobile
This feature includes data validation of both the truck driver and the vehicle, and it also enables the gate operator to register the state of the cargo.
Appointment Management
It enables transport agents to quickly make appointments for different types of cargo and it also generates a gate pass for truck drivers.
Import Declarations & Prior Notice of Intent to Export
This feature allows users to declare their cargo in advance and manage the exports’ prior notice to the terminal, and it also enables container search and association to manage imports in an efficient way.
Gate Configuration
It allows users to manage schedules and to visualize the gate capacity so as to gain greater traffic control within the terminal.
Parking Lot
It lets gate operators know in advance when a truck driver will arrive at the gate.
